ROSE Systemtechnik: CRE Rösler completely integrated

ROSE Systemtechnik acquired the automation specialist CRE Rösler Electronic GmbH in 2019, and has now completely integrated the firm into its company structure. Starting now, the production of industrial monitors, and embedded and panel PCs, is part of the newly-created “HMI CREations” business unit.

ROSE Systemtechnik – Reorganisation of the Business Units

To ensure that CRE’s resources are used in the best possible way, ROSE has re-organised its business units. In future, the manufacture of enclosures, enclosure components and supporting-arm systems will be incorporated in the HMI Mechanics product range, and the industrial monitors, embedded PC and panel PC sector in the HMI CREations product range.

Extended product range through ready-to-install solutions

Panel PCs and industrial monitors are central components, e.g. for the automotive industry, the food & beverage industry and mechanical engineering. In future, ROSE Systemtechnik and its solutions will pay even more attention to these sectors. For many years, the company has been well-known for its HMI-complete solutions consisting of pre-assembled enclosures and suspension systems. As a result of the takeover of CRE, ROSE has expanded its product range in the best possible way. As managing director Dr. Heinz Werner Rixen, who is very satisfied with the integration of CRE, explains, “Now we can supply our customers with ready-to-install solutions consisting of control enclosures, industrial PCs and support-arm constructions from a single source. The colleagues at the Porta Westfalica and Hohenlockstedt sites complement each other perfectly.”

ROSE Systemtechnik now has a total of three subsidiaries and around 400 employees. All of CRE Rösler Electronic’s workforce was retained.
