Enclosure technology for production lines

Among other things, ROSE Systemtechnik produces special enclosures for panel PCs that are used to control production lines, for example for the assembly of car engines. The control systems not only efficiently regulate the production process, but also visualise all processes for the worker. The Commander SL 3000 and SL 4000 from ROSE’s broad product portfolio are used particularly frequently in automotive production applications.

Our special enclosures for control and display installations are modified according to customer requirements:

  • We equip them with the necessary electronics
  • We adapt them to the size of the IPC / controller
  • We create installation openings, e.g. for filter fans
  • We integrate various connector modules on request
  • We create screw-on surfaces for flange fastenings if required
  • We design the housing in the colour of your choice

SL 3000

Our SL 3000 is a universal control enclosure for automation technology. It is particularly robust and easy to maintain thanks to an opening at the front.

  • Direct installation of the control unit or via the front panel

SL 4000

Our SL 4000 is a modern enclosure system for all standard control and display installations. It is configured according to customer requirements and protects installations with protection class IP65.

SL 5000

The SL 5000 impresses with its particularly modern design. It is the ideal enclosure for displays, control units, push-buttons or membrane keypads and can be customised in its design.
