After about 50 years of success, ROSE Systemtechnik now employs more than 350 people at international locations.

With the various plants in e.g. Germany, India or Hungary, we can use numerous procurement as well as sales markets. Through Phoenix Mecano AG’s international sales network, we guarantee our customers worldwide competent advice and reliable delivery.

The same modern working conditions with the highest standards of safety and quality apply at all our locations. ISO 9001 requirements are always met and regularly audited at all international plants. In this way, we guarantee consistent quality everywhere. We also source our raw materials in accordance with REACH and RoHS standards. Our materials are obtained in an ecologically and socially sound manner and are not subject to any embargoes.

Industries

The industries in which our solutions are used are as diverse as they are modern. One of the best examples is railway technology, where stainless steel enclosures protect vehicle electronics in underfloor areas or plastic enclosures are used for the electronic distribution of heating systems in the passenger compartment. ROSE Systemtechnik has developed special enclosures for track warning systems. Other industries include e.g. electromobility, mechanical and plant engineering as well as agricultural technology or the gas industry.

Approvals

In accordance with the diverse sales markets, ROSE products comply with all current international standards and regulations. This means that they not only fulfil their purpose, but also the highest requirements for safety, quality and compatibility. Our various products and processes have been certified according to a total of 32 guidelines. Standards organisations such as ATmosphères EXplosives (ATEX), International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) or American Bureau of Shipment (ABS) set standards for areas such as electrical engineering or explosion protection and award products that meet their guidelines. Approvals of this kind allow us to deliver industrial enclosures worldwide and use them in all industries.

Transparent and reliable

Our supply chain has proven to be extremely stable time and again in the past. Our competent consultants fully understand your product requirements and prepare a transparent quotation. After the development of an individual solution, your product will be produced immediately at the appropriate location.

If you wish, we can also take care of packaging and laboratory testing for you. Thanks to the Phoenix Mecano AG network, bottlenecks in material supply are virtually eliminated. Local procurement of components and second source suppliers enable us to achieve optimum materials management. We can also temporarily expand our storage capacity as required thanks to the parent company.
