By 2030, Germany wants to build up an electrolysis capacity of 40 gigawatts, lay the foundations for the supply of hydrogen through international cooperation and become the market-leading provider of the corresponding technologies.
As a specialist in explosion-proof enclosures, ROSE Systemtechnik supplies important key components for the construction and maintenance of electrolysers. Our explosion-proof enclosures are also used in numerous other areas of green hydrogen production and transport.

For the industry
The gas is easy to transport and can be converted into electricity and heat using fuel cells. This is particularly relevant for industry, where a large amount of energy is required, e.g. to operate furnaces.
As a basis for synthetic fuels, green hydrogen can be used to power aeroplanes, heavy goods vehicles or ships. Electrification is not yet possible for heavy goods vehicles.

Green hydrogen is produced by electrolysing water using electricity from renewable energies such as water, wind or sun.
Experts agree that one way to achieve the goals of the Paris Climate Agreement is through green hydrogen, because we need a sustainable alternative to crude oil and natural gas. And without CO2!
