Flat Panel Adapter – design-oriented connection of panel PCs and flat control enclosures to suspension systems
With its modern design, the new Flat Panel Adapter from Rose Systemtechnik GmbH enables the connection of control enclosures and Panel PCs to suspension systems from all common manufacturers. It combines rotating coupling, tilt adapter and flat control adapter in a single component.

The combination of the Flat Panel Adapter with existing systems completes the overall situation
The new Flat Panel Adapteris is usable with the existing equipment of suspension carrier system GTH easy (stainless steel), the support arm system GTS (aluminium) and the height adjustment system GTV light. It has an optional tilt range of +/- 20° as well as an integrated rotating coupling. The large cover flap allows easy access to the installation space.It is closable with all common fastener drives (e.g. throttle bit, triangular, square, VW E1). The Flat Panel Adapter is designed for a maximum load of 25 kg.
GTV light in combination with Flat Panel Adapter enables individual adaptation
In combination with the height-adjustable GTV light support arm system, the Flat Panel Adapter allows an individual adaptation of the control enclosures to the user.
The GTV light offers the machine operator the possibility to adjust the panel PC or the control enclosure individually to the suitable height due to the stepless adjustment. At the same time, the generous tilt range of the Flat Panel Adapter and the integrated rotating coupling can be used so that a healthy posture is maintained when operating the machine.
The combination of Flat Panel Adapter and GTV light therefore makes an important part of the ergonomic workplace design and efficient operation of the machine.
Vesa Standard offers a universal connection
A further advantage of the Flat Panel Adapter is the compliance with the Vesa standards Vesa 100 and Vesa 75. The standardized drilling pattern (100x100mm and 75x75mm) of the holder fulfills the requirements for the universal connection of flat panel PCs and displays.
This standard is widely used by common manufacturers, so that the Flat Panel Adapter can be connected to existing systems without changing existing drilling patterns.
Panel PCs and control enclosures: individual connection in a modern design
For many machine builders, the control panel is now the figurehead of the entire machine. For this reason we attached great importance to a modern design when designing the new flat panel adapter.
On request, an individual coloring and machining is also possible. In this way, we give the customer the possibility to equip the connection compartment with holes for further cable glands, cable entries or for accommodating hand scanners.
