ROSE Systemtechnik at the SPS IPC Drives 2017
Visit ROSE Systemtechnik at the SPS IPC Drives from 28 to 30 November in Hall 5, Stand 318 in Nuremberg and experience our new GTV light product live. ROSE is also showing individual HMI solutions for the automotive industry and the new addition to its GTH suspension system: the GTH easy. The stand is rounded off with a Virtual Reality experience and a café corner to retreat to for discussions, and for short respites from the hectic activity of the fair.
GTV light
ROSE Systemtechnik’s tried-and-proven GTV height-adjustment system is now also available in a smaller and significantly less expensive version. The GTV light has been specially developed for panel PCs and control enclosures of weights of up to 25 kg.
The aim here is to enable companies to more easily equip ergonomic HMI workplaces. The height-adjustment system makes it possible, for example, to adjust panels of equipment used in multi-shift operation easily to the needs of each individual user. The GTV light also makes time-consuming programming of the machine control system significantly pleasanter, since the operator can now perform this while either standing or sitting.
GTH easy
The GTH easy augments the existing suspension system. The new GTH easy has a higher load range than the GTH 48/60, and can be installed with significantly less effort. Reductions in the “edges” and gaps of the system, and a smaller number of dead spaces, makes it possible to implement Degree of Protection IP69K. The alternative to self-built solutions:

There is scarcely any industry from which so much flexibility is demanded as the automotive sector – the range of car models is expanding continuously, while production runs shrink. Also important are new vehicle types, such as hybrids and electric cars, production of which can be accomplished only via complete restructuring of conventional manufacturing methods. ROSE Systemtechnik enclosures assure reliable protection of control systems, panel and industrial PCs, thus safeguarding trouble-free operation of production facilities.
Car-makers use ROSE Systemtechnik’s Commander SL3000 control enclosures individually modified to match the dimensions and connections of their industrial PCs in their production lines.
