ROSE acquires CRE Rösler Electronic

On August 1, 2019, ROSE Systemtechnik acquires CRE Rösler Electronic GmbH, a leading provider of automation solutions. CRE manufactures panel PCs, industrial monitors and embedded PCs for numerous industrial sectors. The company’s portfolio optimally complements ROSE’s product range.

The purchase makes the enclosure specialist a complete supplier of HMI solutions.

CRE supplies its automation systems to well-known customers all over the world. The operating and display devices are used in the food industry as well as in car manufacturing, research facilities, logistics and general mechanical engineering. In addition to robust and reliable panel PCs, industrial monitors, embedded PCs and mobile HMI solutions, CRE also manufactures solutions for drive, control and safety technology. At its headquarters in Hohenlockstedt, Schleswig-Holstein, 45 employees constantly develop new products for the challenges of industry 4.0.
