ROSE CS Box and GFK cabinets in a challenging environment
The Ulrich Esterer GmbH & Co. KG company never compromises when it comes to the safe electrical equipment of road tankers and refuellers:
The Ex-compliant protection of the central control and monitoring unit which contributes substantially to efficiency and safety during the refuelling process takes place by integrating the electrical and electronic components in a ROSE polyester Ex-Control Station.
The design consists of a two-colour screen print in the lid, mechanical processing in the sides and the lid, and a mounting area with DIN rails and terminal insertion.
The control unit which protects the electronics is contained in an additional polyester GFK cabinet in the driver‘s cab. This results in optimised handling together with faster and much easier operation by the driver.
The enclosures are used within an operating temperature range of -30°C to +80°C. ATEX approval for zone 2 was arranged by ROSE Systemtechnik. With its polyester Ex control station and the GFK cabinets, ROSE Systemtechnik GmbH offers Dr.-Ing. Ulrich Esterer GmbH & Co. Fahrzeugaufbauten und Anlagen KG reliable products which satisfy all the requirements.
