bouwmachines en commerci\u00eble en gemeentelijke voertuigen mogelijk. Met andere woorden, alle zware voertuigen op het land en op het water die een hoge spanning nodig hebben voor elektrische aandrijving.<\/p>\n<p>De HV PDU (High Voltage Distribution Unit) verdeelt de hoogspanningsenergie van de batterij naar de verschillende componenten in de machine, waaronder bijvoorbeeld de omvormer en de motor, de lader of het snellaadsysteem. Deze hoogspanningsverdelingseenheid zorgt ervoor dat alle in- en uitgangen beveiligd zijn op de polen en beschermt de afzonderlijke elementen en aansluitingen tegen overbelasting. Tegelijkertijd bieden we ook een ge\u00efntegreerd waterkoelsysteem in een bijzonder slank ontwerp voor onze hoogspanningsverdelers, dat wordt aangesloten op het koelsysteem in het voertuig.<\/p>\n<p>De toepassingsgebieden voor de hoogspannings-PDU zijn divers en omvatten bouwmachines zoals graafmachines en vrachtwagens, maar ook andere commerci\u00eble voertuigen, zoals bussen of schepen, die hoge spanningen moeten distribueren in de bijbehorende hoogspanningsvoorziening aan boord. Ze zijn bijzonder geschikt voor bedrijven die de hoogste kwaliteit eisen, zelfs in veeleisende en ruwe omgevingen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><!-- close content main div Ze bieden ook EMC-bescherming, verschillende soorten beveiliging, netkabelbescherming en een veiligheidsuitschakeling.<\/p>\n<p>De behuizingen van ROSE Systemtechnik voldoen aan beschermingsklasse IP6K9K. Dit is vooral vereist in de voertuigbouw en bevestigt dat de behuizingen effectieve bescherming bieden tegen het binnendringen van zeer fijn stof zoals Arizona Road Dust en waterstralen onder hoge druk of dampstraalreiniging. In vergelijking met beschermingsklasse IP69K wordt bij de IP6K9K-test een aanzienlijk schurender stof gebruikt om de behuizingen te testen.
