Handheld devices enable efficient control of production and handling processes. For more than 40 years, ROSE Systemtechnik has been producing high-quality, robust enclosures for such devices.
Handheld devices control a wide array of applications: from machines and systems to scanners, measuring sensors, and hoists in logistics. ROSE Systemtechnik offers handheld enclosures in four different series, covering virtually every application.
The Beluga enclosures are the all-rounders among ROSE’s handheld enclosures: they provide ample space for components such as handwheels, membrane keypads, or emergency stop switches. Beluga enclosures are ideal for controlling machinery, measurement applications, or cranes, and can be mounted on walls or machine casings with accessories, making them readily accessible at any time.
ROSE’s Limanda handheld enclosures, on the other hand, are the first choice when large displays or membrane keypads need to be installed. These enclosures meet the IP65 protection rating requirements and are self-extinguishing. By using an intermediate frame, the maximum installation depth can be increased by an additional 25/30 mm, allowing even complex systems to be accommodated within the Limanda enclosures.
The Taguan series of handheld enclosures has been specially developed for data acquisition and measuring devices. Thanks to their unique design, Taguan enclosures allow the installation of a wide range of components, such as scanners, sensors, or magnetic/chip card readers. These enclosures are ergonomically shaped and feature a battery compartment. Upon request, ROSE also supplies the Taguan handheld enclosures with a 2100 mAh battery pack.
The Pilot series handheld enclosures are ideal for small control systems and control panels. These enclosures can be used both indoors and outdoors. They are suitable for the installation of buttons, switch elements, and membrane keypads. Pilot enclosures come in many versions and sizes – for example, with a closed or front frame lid, and with a handle and integrated cable channel.
